Ouch! I just hurt my shoulder patting myself on the back

Three days ago, I wrote a quick blog post about owners leaving tens of thousands of dollars on the table by hiring an agent that either doesn't know the market or doesn't advise them correctly.

Well, one of the owners (or agents) must have read that...the under priced Cairo model, just 5 minutes ago, raised their asking price $30,000!

That's good news for them (the owner) and good news for all of the rest of us Winston Trails owners too!

Now, if only the owner of the other one I mentioned read my blog too.

Now lets be careful out there....
