Well…the Winston Trails summer/school ending selling season did not disappoint this year. There were 40 closed sales in the 60 days leading up to today! Also, the sales prices have increased quite a bit from this time last year in Winston Trails. We had some homes sell for over the $400k mark…The last time we had a Winston Trails sale over $400,000 was in June of 2009!
