Winston Trails...back from the edge

A Venice on Bermuda Dunes that was close to being sold at the courthouse steps is under contract pending bank approval of a short sale.

This Venice has been on the market with the current agent for a few days shy of 1 year. The home is on the lake and it appears that the lender has approved a sale price of $240,000. The current owners are the original owners and paid $206,800 for the home in August of 1998.
