Taken off of the market

A Nairobi model in Prairie Dunes that has been on the market at $275,000 since July 24th has been taken off of the market. The owners cancelled the listing with their agent.

The current/original owners paid $168,400 in August of 2001.
 

Winston Trails short sale under contract

A Cairo on the canal with a pool, in Prairie Dunes, was just reported as "under contract". This home was priced at $200,000 at the time of contract and was on the market for 10 days.

The current owners have had this home on and off the market since February 2008. They paid $387,000 for this home in May 2005.

This home sold to the current owners in May 2006 for $387,000

In my opinion, this home will be under contract in 2-3 days...by weeks end, it will be gone.
