You don’t know what you don’t know!
Every so often when I see an egregious error made by some agent in the marketing of their clients home I post it here to warn my readers.
Sellers hire their agent because they believe that their agent is the one that can do the best job of getting their home sold and meeting their timeframe, price, etc. goals. These sellers never know why their home is seldom being shown or why their agent keeps asking them to reduce their price.
Unless a seller is very well acquainted with the agents complete job and responsibilities, they’ll never even know to ask to review each and every entry on their MLS sheet. 99% of the time they never even see the agent-facing MLS entry!
Below are 2 current examples of mistakes that are certainly affecting the exposure of these Winston Trails homes.

And to exacerbate the mistake…there is only ONE photo of the home in MLS (the one you see in the MLS listing, above). NO pool photos (or any other photos).
