Dear Winston Trails Homeowners,
Our C.O.P.S. (Citizen’s on Patrol) Program is expanding in Winston Trails and there is a new service many homeowners are finding very valuable. The C.O.P.S. volunteers will check on your home while you are away on vacation. A few homeowners have already used this service and the response has been very positive. If you will be away you simply go to www.WinstonTrailsHOA.com, complete the form, and submit it to the management office. The COPS will put it on their schedule to stop and walk around your home each time they patrol. You or your emergency contact will notified if there is a problem. Please consider using this program if your home is unoccupied or you will be away this summer.
If you can spare as little as THREE hours per week and attend a one hour monthly meeting please consider volunteering your time to the C.O.P.S. program. You can ride with your spouse, a neighbor or by yourself. If you are interested, please contact Paul Bernfeld at 561-357-3201. Your service would be a great asset to the community.
