The Swim & Racquet Center parking lot will be open at 5PM today.
Winston Trails Blvd. from Barton Creek and Las Colinas to just east of the 4-Way at the intersection of Winston Trails Blvd., Green Island Blvd. and Winston Trails Blvd. North will have seal coat applied beginning Monday, April 28, 2014. This project will take up to two weeks depending on weather.
All homeowners will always have access to their community and will be able to park in the driveway of each home but there will be times when Winston Trails Blvd. will have one lane traffic only. There will be flagmen on site and you will have to watch for directional signs and follow instructions of the flagmen.
There will be four days when the Jog Road gate will be one lane for entrance and one lane for exit. We will send special notification by e-mail prior to those days. There will also be a period of two days when Winston Trails Blvd. will be completely closed between the three way stop at Winston Trails Blvd. South and Green Island Blvd. This will require everyone on the east side of the community to use Hypoluxo or the Haverhill gate. All guests and vendors on the east side will have to enter through Haverhill on those two days.
To keep all traffic to a minimum one the one lane roads we ask that all homeowners in LaGorce, The Greens, Lake Nona, Bay Hill, Bermuda Dunes, Lake Shore Village and Muirfield Village use either the Hypoluxo gate or the Haverhill gate. Please ask all guests and vendors to use the Haverhill gate.
For those of you in Shadow Creek, Indianwood Village, Oakmont, Prairie Dunes and Sand Hills Village please only use the Haverhill gate.
There will be no mailing regarding this project so please watch for updates by e-mail, Channel 63 and posted signs.
