The fourth and FINAL payment of the Winston Trails Special Assessment imposed back in 2012 in the amount of $110.00 is due now.
As of February 15, 2014 a late fee will be assessed to all accounts that remain unpaid.
Your payment should be made payable to Winston Trails and mailed with the special assessment payment coupon to the mailing address noted on the coupon. If you do not have a coupon you may drop off your payment to the management office.
If you are a new homeowner since the special assessment was passed in May of 2012 your account was paid in full at your closing.
Many homeowners paid the special assessment of $440 in full back in 2012 and if you did so you may disregard this e-mail reminder.
