And again (just like the post a few days ago) another example of an agent making BIG MISTAKES that their seller-client may never find out about because the sellers don’t have direct access to the broker side of the MLS…and most sellers don’t even know to ask to see the broker copy of the MLS listing or decipher the coding.

I’m sure that this home seller thought they made a good choice when they heard about this local agents ‘big team’ and met with the ‘listing specialist’…was told about ‘buyer specialists’, customer care coordinators’, etc. …but the basics have been overlooked. This home has been on the market almost a week with these serious errors.
I am certain that this home has been missing in agent searches of Winston Trails homes with these 2 glaring mistakes: Wrong agent search area ( area 4590 is primarily Lake Charleston) and the home-type described as a ‘villa’(instead of a Single Family home)…If it doesn’t show up in an MLS agent search…it can’t get shown…If it is missing out on exposure to prospective buyers it can’t get sold for the best price.
Once again…Sellers…It’s what you don’t know about hiring an agent that can really cost you.
