Below is another example of an agent making a BIG mistake that their seller-client may never find out about because the sellers don’t have direct access to the broker side of the MLS and most sellers don’t even know to ask to see the broker copy of the MLS listing. (Identifiers have been obscured)
BUT, I am certain that this home has been missing in agent searches of Winston Trails homes…If it doesn’t show up…it can’t get shown…If it is missing out on showings, it can’t get sold for the best price. The home has been on the market 2 1/2 months.
Sellers…It’s what you don’t know about hiring an agent that can really cost you.
