This was actually a very nice selling price in todays market as that sale represents a per sq. ft. price of $143…which is well above the recent average.Granted that this was a home with a fabulous lake AND golf course view as well as being one of only a handful of 4 bedroom, 3 FULL bath, 1 story homes…and it had a pool and oversized yard.
But, prices have been going up steadily in our community for the past year.
A lot of homeowners who could not think about selling because they owed more than the market value may now be in a position to move.
