We have had 3 closed sales in the past 30 days in our community...2 regular sales, both sold by The Jackson Realty Group and 1 short sale.

The detlails of the sales are as follows:


5930 Las Colinas Circle...Nairobi model...aprox 2000 sq ft, 4 br, 2.5 bath, screened/heated pool, remodeled kitchen and baths, new A/C...sold for $267,500

6792 Green Island Terrace...A Santa Cruz model, 1862 sq ft, 3 br+ loft, 2.5 bath, cul-de-sac, large fenced yard, accordion shutters, move-in condition...sold for $187,000

The third sale was a Short Sale of a Casablanca in Muirfield Village, 2000+ sq ft, 3 br, 2.5 bath, pool...the home had been empty for some time, The sale closed at a price od $215,000
