Price increase??

Interesting move here...an Inverness model in the Catalina section that has been on the market for 480 days, at $450,000, without selling, has just raised their asking price to $500,000...I will certainly be keeping an eye on that strategy. If it works, in the future I will start my pricing high...and go up from there!

As a Winston Trails homeowner, I certainly am hoping that we get back to the 1/2 million dollar market values soon!
