Foreclosure filings, Lis Pendens
As an update to my post of 9/21, there have been 4 more Lis Pendens filed/recorded since then. 2 in Sand Hills, 1 in Wedgewood and 1 in Bermuda Dunes...none of the 4 are currently on the market.

Buried DEEEP within the Palm Beach County School Board website was this gem of a useful document: The Elementary, Middle and High Schools assigned by Subdivision. (the school board has not updated for the new school year yet)
