Now this doesn't necessarily ean that all 85 are "going back to the bank"...some of the 85 may catch up on back payments, some may negotiate a forebearance agreement, others will be able to refinance out of their loan, some will do a short sale, and the rest.....
Considering that a review of recent courthouse sales reveals that banks are taking anywhere from 9 months to almost two years to actually take a home back, housing prices during the next 24 months could still be very soft absent some new govt. assistance/stimulus directly to housing.
