ANSCA/Isola Bella has applied to rezone their 2010 development site located on Hypoluxo Rd and Haverhill. The proposedplan consists of 5 three story apartment buildings as rental units forworkforce housing.
The planned development’s foot print will change thesurrounding low density area to a high density area, affecting our schools,resident home values and the security of our homes.
This will also impact our environment, natural resources and local infrastructure.
Once approved, these high density buildings may continue to expandthroughout our surrounding area from Haverhillall the way to Jog Rd.
We desperately need your support to combat this blight on our wayof living.
Help us fight the unscrupulous development that taints ourchildren lives, our environment and our hopes of a better life.
The cost of inaction will have an adverse effect on all of us.
Thevote by our County Commissioners for approval or denial is set for May 24th at 9:30 AM, 301 North Olive Avenue, County Commission Chambers, 6thfloor, West Palm Beach.
